Moving On

My New Life is going to cost me my old one.

It's going to cost me, my comfort zone and sense of direction.

It's going to cost me relationships, friends, even family.

It's going to cost me being liked and understood.

BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER !

Because the people who are meant for me,

Are going to meet me on the other side.

And I'm going to build a new comfort zone around the things and

peoples like you guys that actually

Move Me Forward.

So instead of likes I will be loved.

Instead of understood I will be heard and seen (Shining)!

So all I'm going to lose is what was built for the person that's

NO LONGER ME!

So from this day on,

I'm GOING TO MOVE ON…

Struggles in Life

My life was a struggle (You heard?)

Was a struggle

Had I made it a struggle, yes

Oh what a struggle

I battled with it for a long time

Until that day I laid for 60 days

Unable to fight to get it right

I cried out loud
Why do I have to struggle?

A soft voice whispered into my ear

Wake up! Wake up!

Your life don’t have to be
a struggle

Only if you willing to fight

To get it right

Your new life will be a struggle

Must say you’re strong enough

to fight to get it right

I fought, fought, I fought

My life is no longer

a struggle

Guess what?

The struggle was

worth the fight

I finally got my life

right
